Finding hope and beauty in brokenness

Peaced Together run by Kidron Project is a creative arts course for women with a difference. We believe that good can come from negative and difficult experiences. Using five themed craft projects, Peaced Together encourages women to reflect on their lives and set out on a personal journey from brokenness to hope.

Suitable for women of any age and particularly suited to those who are isolated or vulnerable, the five craft projects are completed over ten weeks with thematic discussions in between activities. Each project helps the group explore topics such as beauty, peace with the past and positive choices.

The course covers a different theme each week for 11 weeks:

  1. Broken
  2. Beauty
  3. Treasure
  4. Thankful
  5. Hope and courage
  6. Love
  7. Self control and patience
  8. Choices
  9. Peace with the past
  10. Peace with the future
  11. Graduation

The course runs weekly at Broomhill Gardens and Community Hub in Greenock (with Covid protection measures in place). To register your interest in the next course or find out more please email or call

Stories of hope…

“Peaced Together has given me hope that not everything that is broken is no good, but it can be used to make something new.”

“When I took part in Peaced Together it was very inspiring to hear other women’s stories – it felt like I was not alone, it was like a mini community. I would recommend Peaced Together to any woman feeling alone, wanting a listening ear and needing some inspiration.”
